Fees for tenancies after 1st June 2019
A holding deposit equivalent to 1 Weeks rent will be due to hold a property, this is non refundable if any tenants fails a Right to rent check or gives deliberate false information throughout the referencing procedure.
We will need payment of one month’s rent in advance plus a deposit of an amount normally equal to one months rent.
Existing fees still applicatble are
- Lost keys £15 an hour charge for our time , replacement keys and changing locks
- Changes to tenancies requested by the tenant £50 (inclusive of VAT)
- default fee for late payment of rent
- Surrender of a tenancy
- Energy efficiency charges
Tenants will pay the below to the providers
- Council tax
- gas, electricity, water
- Television licence
- Telephone and broadband
- Installation of cable or satellite

- £96 inclusive of VAT reference fee (2nd applicant and guarantor)
- Rent arrears letters £25 (inclusive of VAT)

- Changes to tenancies requested by the tenant £75 (inclusive of VAT)
- reference fees for new rental properties £30 (inclusive of VAT)
- defualt fee for late payment of rent
