The process: What to expect

We will ask you some up-front questions about your personal circumstances before arranging a viewing for you, this is to check your eligibility to rent and match you with the right property. All going well, you will be invited to view the property in person. Should you like to apply to rent the property, you will be provided with some simple forms to complete and sign and return to us along with a small reservation payment. Your acceptance will them be subject to a more formal referencing process which is mostly done online remotely. Following a successful outcome, you will be offered a date to move into your new home. On this date you will pay the remainder of your deposit and your 1st month rent along with signing your tenancy agreement and taking your keys.

  • Fees

    Fees for tenancies after 1st June 2019

    A holding deposit equivalent to 1 Weeks rent will be due to hold a property, this is non refundable if any tenants fails a Right to rent check or gives deliberate false information throughout the referencing procedure.


    We will need payment of one month’s rent in advance plus a deposit of an amount normally equal to one months rent.



    Existing fees still applicable are

    • Lost keys £15 an hour charge for our time , replacement keys and changing locks
    • Changes to tenancies requested by the tenant £50 (inclusive of VAT)
    • default fee for late payment of rent
    • Surrender of a tenancy
    • Energy efficiency charges


    Tenants will pay the below to the providers

    • Council tax
    • gas, electricity, water
    • Television licence
    • Telephone and broadband
    • Installation of cable or satellite
